life with no problems ?

This beautiful picture is taken from Marina Barage last Thursday when i went there with cute 2B and cute 2C and cute 2D! recently, have been thinking. who, in life, has no problems? i guess each has one problem in their life. Even when one problem is solved, somehow another problem will appear. Kids worry over relationship and studies. Adults worry over relationship, money, health, work, children ... Who? has no problem? vaguely remember reading somewhere, Buddha told someone that wanting no problem in life is itself a problem. are you and me happy? recently read the book by Ajahn Chah "A taste of freedom" when i went Kahang Camp with the nice Sec 3 students at the end of Term 1. If i am not wrong, the author suggests that the ultimate aim of cultivating oneself in Dharma is not to find mere happiness, but to transcend the notion of happiness and sadness, gain and loss, praise and blame, fame and defame. Then it is real peace that Buddhist should seek for. I am only but a layman, trying very hard to practise the Dharma. I hope all people can love one another and Let there be peace on Earth.... om mani padme hum

recently, i did not keep my new year resolution! i talk bad about others again! &%$#@! i should remind myself to be more at peace with others .... i Pray! there be peace in the worlds, may all beings in the Six Realms be away from Sufferings! Om mani padme hum . om mani padme hum
. om mani padme hum !
